Attach the sonar transducer to the hull of the boat or kayak.

Ice Fishing

Please clear away snow to expose the ice surface. It is the preparation to cut a hole.

Put the sonar transducer directly on the ice, and the ice must be free of air bubbles.

Usually you could read data on the display. If you are satisfied with this position, I suggest you to drill a hole and put the sonar transducer in the water to get more accurate detection
